Festivalin ilk g\u00fcn\u00fcnde, &#8220;Lezzet Noktas\u0131&#8221; olarak belirlenen Venn Butik Otel Restoran&#8217;da d\u00fczenlenen etkinlikte, Samsun&#8217;a ait y\u00f6resel lezzetler uzman \u015fefler taraf\u0131ndan misafirlere sunuldu.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye Turizm Tan\u0131t\u0131m ve Geli\u015ftirme Ajans\u0131 (TGA), Samsun \u0130l K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Turizm M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile Samsun B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi&#8217;nin katk\u0131lar\u0131yla haz\u0131rlanan programda, unutulmaya y\u00fcz tutmu\u015f tarifler sergilendi. Etkinlik boyunca, kentin gastronomi miras\u0131n\u0131 yans\u0131tan 50&#8217;den fazla y\u00f6resel lezzet kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara sunuldu. Men\u00fcler aras\u0131nda Bafra pidesi, Samsun simidi, \u00c7akall\u0131 menemeni gibi geleneksel tatlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, kald\u0131rayak kavurmas\u0131 ve manda peynirli su b\u00f6re\u011fi gibi \u00f6zg\u00fcn tarifler de yer ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca, b\u00f6lgenin k\u00fclt\u00fcrel zenginli\u011fini temsil eden m\u00fcbadil ve \u00c7erkes mutfa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zel tarifleri ile Karadeniz&#8217;in simge lezzetlerinden kalkan bal\u0131\u011f\u0131 da festivalde dikkat \u00e7ekti. Samsun mutfa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131na katk\u0131da bulunmak amac\u0131yla gastronomi alan\u0131nda \u00f6nde gelen isimler de etkinli\u011fe kat\u0131ld\u0131. Gastronomi el\u00e7isi Adnan \u015eahin, \u015fefler Duran \u00d6zdemir, Deniz \u015eahin, Asuman Kerkez ve gazeteci Zeynep Kak\u0131n\u00e7, yap\u0131lan tad\u0131m ve sunum etkinliklerinde kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131larla bir araya gelerek kentin lezzet potansiyelini de\u011ferlendirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Venn Grup Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Vennas Akyol Haznedar, festivalle ilgili yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u015fehrin k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve gastronomik de\u011ferlerini tan\u0131tman\u0131n gurur verici oldu\u011funu belirtti.
