Festival, &#8220;Yerel Miras, Y\u0131ld\u0131zl\u0131 Sofralar&#8221; temas\u0131yla \u00dcrg\u00fcp il\u00e7esine ba\u011fl\u0131 Mustafapa\u015fa beldesinde ba\u015flad\u0131. S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik odakl\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131yla dikkat \u00e7eken etkinlik, halka a\u00e7\u0131k olarak d\u00fczenlendi.<\/p>\n<p>Festivalde, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir gastronomi anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131, yaln\u0131zca bir tema olarak de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda y\u00f6netilebilir bir sorumluluk alan\u0131 olarak ele al\u0131nd\u0131. Yerel \u00fcretim, k\u0131rsal kalk\u0131nma, kad\u0131n kooperatifleri ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel miras\u0131n korunmas\u0131 gibi konular festivalin ana odak noktalar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yer ald\u0131. Kapadokya \u00dcniversitesi, bu y\u0131l s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir gastronomiyi desteklemek amac\u0131yla yerel ve mevsimsel \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin kullan\u0131m\u0131, g\u0131da israf\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 ve k\u0131rsal ekonominin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi gibi konular\u0131 g\u00fcndeme getirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Festivalin etkinlikleri aras\u0131nda yerel \u00fcretici pazar\u0131, gastronomi sahnesi, tematik s\u00f6yle\u015filer ve Mustafapa\u015fa Lezzet Rotas\u0131 gibi aktiviteler bulunuyor. \u00d6ne \u00e7\u0131kan ba\u015fl\u0131klardan biri de karbon ayak izinin hesaplanmas\u0131 ve dengelenmesi \u00fczerine yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar. Commited firmas\u0131n\u0131n deste\u011fiyle, festival s\u00fcresince olu\u015facak emisyonlar bilimsel y\u00f6ntemlerle \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerek toplam karbon ayak izi hesaplan\u0131yor. Festivalden kaynaklanan emisyonlar, Gold Standard sertifikal\u0131 karbon kredileriyle dengelenecek ve T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki yenilenebilir enerji projelerine destek sa\u011flanacak.<\/p>\n<p>Kapadokya \u00dcniversitesi Rekt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. Hasan Ali Karasar, festival boyunca zengin bir i\u00e7erik haz\u0131rland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, etkinli\u011fin temel yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n sadece lezzet de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbon ayak izi ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik oldu\u011funu ifade etti. Nev\u015fehir Valisi H\u00fcseyin K\u00f6k ise festivalin, yerel lezzetlerin \u00f6tesinde tar\u0131msal \u00fcretimin ve yerel kalk\u0131nman\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir g\u00f6stergesi oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Festivalin a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara ikram edilen tand\u0131r \u00e7orbas\u0131yla yap\u0131ld\u0131. Vali K\u00f6k, \u00e7orbay\u0131 ikram ederek tad\u0131m yapt\u0131.
