Bolu’da meydana gelen Grand Otel yang\u0131n\u0131nda 78 ki\u015finin hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmesi sonucu ailesinden sekiz ki\u015fiyi kaybeden avukat Y\u00fcksel G\u00fcltekin, devam eden soru\u015fturma hakk\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulundu. G\u00fcltekin, K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Turizm Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yetkilisine y\u00f6nelik uygulanan adli kontrol tedbirinin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ele\u015ftirerek, “Su\u00e7lar\u0131 yoksa mahkemeye \u00e7\u0131ks\u0131nlar” dedi.<\/p>\n
Yang\u0131n, 21 Ocak 2025 tarihinde \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131 ve 36\u2019s\u0131 \u00e7ocuk olmak \u00fczere toplam 78 ki\u015fi ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitirdi. G\u00fcltekin, Bolu Barosu’nda g\u00f6revli bir avukat olarak, bu trajedi sonucunda \u00e7ocuklar\u0131, gelinleri ve torunlar\u0131 dahil olmak \u00fczere sekiz yak\u0131n\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti. Davada 31 Ekim 2025’te 20’si tutuklu, 32 san\u0131\u011f\u0131n yarg\u0131lanmas\u0131 s\u00fcrerken, kamu g\u00f6revlileri hakk\u0131nda soru\u015fturma devam ediyor.<\/p>\n
Soru\u015fturma \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f yasa\u011f\u0131 bulunan \u00fc\u00e7 K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Turizm Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yetkilisi i\u00e7in adli kontrol tedbirlerinin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 karar\u0131 verildi. Bolu Adliyesi \u00f6n\u00fcnde bas\u0131n toplant\u0131s\u0131 d\u00fczenleyen G\u00fcltekin, bu kararlar\u0131n toplumla alay etmek anlam\u0131na geldi\u011fini ifade etti. <\/p>\n
