T\u00f6ren, Cumhuriyet M\u00fczesi’nde yap\u0131ld\u0131 ve el yazmas\u0131 eser, Bakan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 G\u00f6khan Yazg\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan Etiyopya’n\u0131n Ankara B\u00fcy\u00fckel\u00e7isi Adem Mohamed Mahmud’a takdim edildi.<\/p>\n
G\u00f6khan Yazg\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye ve Etiyopya’n\u0131n k\u00f6kl\u00fc ge\u00e7mi\u015fleri ve zengin k\u00fclt\u00fcrel miraslar\u0131 nedeniyle k\u00fclt\u00fcr varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ka\u00e7ak\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 benzer tehditlerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti. T\u00fcrkiye’nin son y\u0131llarda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen diplomasi ve uluslararas\u0131 i\u015f birlikleri sayesinde pek \u00e7ok k\u00fclt\u00fcrel varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n iadesini sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n
Yazg\u0131, el yazmas\u0131n\u0131n, Bal\u0131kesir’in Band\u0131rma il\u00e7esinde g\u00fcvenlik g\u00fc\u00e7leri taraf\u0131ndan ele ge\u00e7irildi\u011fini ve 68 deri yapraktan olu\u015fan ah\u015fap kapakl\u0131 bir kitap oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Ge’ez alfabesiyle Amharca yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bu eser, Etiyopya’n\u0131n k\u00f6kl\u00fc el yazmas\u0131 gelene\u011finin bir \u00f6rne\u011fi olarak de\u011ferlendiriliyor.<\/p>\n
Eserin uluslararas\u0131 hukuk ve ulusal mevzuat \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde korunmas\u0131 gereken bir k\u00fclt\u00fcrel varl\u0131k oldu\u011funu vurgulayan Yazg\u0131, bunun UNESCO 1970 S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi ve T\u00fcrkiye’nin 2863 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanunu kapsam\u0131nda korundu\u011funu belirtti.<\/p>\n
Yazg\u0131, bu iadenin sadece bir nesne de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda Do\u011fu Afrika’n\u0131n ve Amhara halk\u0131n\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fcrel haf\u0131zas\u0131 oldu\u011funu ifade etti. Yasa d\u0131\u015f\u0131 yollarla yerinden kopar\u0131lan eserlerin geri d\u00f6nmesinin g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc uluslararas\u0131 i\u015fbirli\u011finin bir g\u00f6stergesi oldu\u011funu dile getirdi.<\/p>\n
