Ramazan ay\u0131n\u0131 en iyi \u015fekilde de\u011ferlendirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden \u015eahin, “Ramazan ay\u0131n\u0131 kaymakaml\u0131k olarak toplumun farkl\u0131 kesimlerine ula\u015farak de\u011ferlendirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k.
